This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free parking, a fitness centre, and a lovely spa. The staff helped me with a taxi during my first stay. I’m excited to return for Christmas!

The stay was delightful, especially after a long journey, as we enjoyed the fantastic selection at breakfast which included fresh omelettes and waffles that my children loved. We stayed for a night, loved the spacious twin room, and the staff were awesome! The kids enjoyed the pool, and the bar had a decent snack bar selection. Only thing was the wait for room service was a bit long, but the food was really tasty. Can't wait to come back next time!

The dining experience fell short, with disappointing wait times for food—our orders took well over 40 minutes and came out lukewarm at best. The bar design is more dining-centric than comfortable, making it hard to simply enjoy a drink. The pool temperature was on the cold side, and having kids in swimming lessons during peak hours made relaxation near impossible. We also faced issues with thin walls, making late-night chats from neighboring rooms disturbingly audible, and the lack of air conditioning led to some restless nights. the gym was sometimes filled with too many patrons, impacting our ability to get a workout in without distractions.

Great spa treatments and nice grounds, but breakfast service was really rude.
